PhatomPilots Android app

I'm on a LG4 and have the PhantomPilots app installed and have a few issues that are are confusing me.

1. The app only works when I'm on WiFi. Won't work while running on phone's data plan.

2. Cannot find a way to start a new thread. Cannot find the option anywhere.

3. The PhantomPilots.com website also won't load from my phone unless on WiFi.

Idk if I'm missing something but these issues have been pretty **** annoying.

I'm on 4G right now no problems with loading the app, new threads are near begining of each topic.
go to forums then click on xubject new post should be upper right.
