PHANTOM 4 SENSOR CAMERA ERROR

Guys, good morning. Has anyone had any problems with P4 camera sensor? It was working normally and suddenly I can no longer see the image of the camera. I made all the updates and the device did not suffer any fall or misuse. can anybody help me? I've already reinstalled Dji GO and nothing.

What did you do and/or change in between the time everything last worked as expected and now? Which message is displayed at the top of DJI GO when everything is connected?

have you tried checking if the camera is set to manual? perhaps you should set it to auto and see if you can see the image then.

I'm having the same problem after updating the firmware. I get the camera sensor error and lose my video feed even though it shows that I have good signal. If recording, the recording is blank as well. This is killing me because I sold my P4 to get this P4P and I have only flown this about 10 time before this started.

I have the same issue after my P4P fell from about 4 feet. I am being told the entire camera needs replaced and DJI wants $700 for a new camera. I can almost buy a mavic for this. Does anyone else have an idea for a fix?

I solved this guys by reconnecting some cabel inside.. There are two moving parts above gimbal.. Whenever gimbal moves cabel is little bit pulled. Hope u understand.. Im not english speaker. Good luck guys

Hey guys.. I have the same exact issue. I lost the camera feed on my phone and the record button on my phone turned white from red and the video recording options are missing...i can only capture images..the shutter button works but am getting black images. Pliz help me

I had a problem where my camera would not display on my iPhone I solved this by re installing DJI go app it seemed to fix the problem

Amigo me puedes ayudar a resolver lo de mi p4, es que tengo 2 y los 2 con la misma falla, no tengo video en mi pantalla
