H there all,

I have a phantom 4 pro ver 2 and the gimbal is all wobbly and can not communicate with the controller (The DJI one). DJI says to send it in for a repair but I'm loathe to do that since there's no visible damage (I didn't crash it) and the camera still works. Anyone else had the same problem? The same thing happened a few days ago and I reset the gimbal and recalibrated it - it said it was fine and reset but the camera\gimbal never moved. Thanks for any thoughts.

I have had problem with my gimbal without being in any crash. I got two messages: Gimbal Roll Error och Gimbal Pan Error.
Via my swedish representative I sent my drone to DJI service point in Holland and got the unexpected answer that they classed the malfunction as a "Warranty, functional gimbal damage". I just have to pay for the managing and transport cost. My Ph4P is more than 2 years old.
I have heard so many bad words about DJI but this time they really astonished me.
Give them a try.
