Phantom 4 pro plus remote internet issue

Since, I have issue with remote controller 4 pro plus. I did factory reset and open the remote, the message sign in in the screen after signed again network unavailable check your connection. called dji suppot and call help desk, nothing they can do it. anyone help this issue please.

After reset your controller wi-fi is off. Swipe down on your screen and look for the "gear" symbol. Press that to set system parameters. Turn on wi-fi and log on.
