Phantom 4 does not support ipad2 mini.

I just received phantom 4 and thought it supported iPad mini 2.It does nothing when I plug it in.My iPad version is 11.1.2...Hooked up friends iPad and it connected.I fly my 3 phantom 3 standard's with it no problem..Any ideas why iPad mini 2 will not connect..They should post it doesn't support iPad mini2 ....And while I'm still mad ..Why let bestbuy sell them?? I asked FREAK SQUAD about it since they have them right there.Told them wire not making connection.There best answer was because it is a WiFi connection.I told them that's p3s not p4.Oh we can't help you call Dji..Wow Dji why not have monkeys sell these.Probably better customer service..Anyway anyone have a suggestion besides swiping my friends iPad??..Guess I better beg Santa for one.But do the rest of them listed on box work.?? And you have to buy it then find out nope no longer supported..Don't read the box it gives incorrect info..

Try different cable. I use iPad mini 2 no problem.
