Phantom 4 and phantom 3 pro

Good morning ,I have a 4 4k which I can't connect with my phone I have Galaxy 25, I downloaded the right app and I tried almost everything if anybody else has some ideas to share with me that would be great now I have a phantom 3 professional and the Wi-Fi password is wrong 1 2 3 4 don't work 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 don't work I tried everything too I don't understand it I try a different remote control remote control works but the camera don't move up and down that's the only thing wrong with it so what do with this controller and how do I get the camera to go up and down it has a picture but I can't get it to move and it don't stay synced it keeps losing signal because I think it's because of the remote not the right remote but it works but it doesn't keep a signal signal lost signal lost help you know something phantom 3 standard work the best I have no problem with them I have 3 of them and they work great , I have a few more coming today and tomorrow I'm a drone junkie lol have blessed day

The 4 4K?? thats a phantom 3 not a phantom 4 the shape is definitive.


the pro doesnt use wifi, it plugs into the phone via a |USB slot on the rear of the controller. the standard the SE and the 4K use wifi show the badge on the front so we know what you have

Geese, I have confused I lot, and still lost.

I think CMHigh, is the only one that maybe has absorbed, the many post, and the many threads.
