Phantom 3advanced records only in 720p

Hi everyone, my p3a is recording only in 720p. The first few times I was able to record in 1080p @60fps. I haven't changed any of the settings. After this problem occurred I did reset the camera setting in Dji app and manually disconnected and reconnected the RC, Im attaching some screen shoes. Can some one help please?

It looks to me as if you are talking about the lower res video saved on your mobile device. That can never be higher than 720 since the downlink is never higher than 720 with a P3A.
What do the files on the SD card look like? Are they 1080?

Thanks for your help. Yes I was referring to low res videos that's saved on my phone. The files on SD card are 1080p. I might even be able to record it on 2.7k next time. Im new to this, thanks for your help, very much appreciate it.
