I think the OP is saying that he cannot log in to DJI through the Go app on his new phone.
@phantom twin, is there no "forgot password?" link?

should be something saying (forgot password) you can click on follow the instructions

The OP has started a second thread in this same sub-forum less than an hour ago, so he must not remember starting this one, or can't find it.
I'll post a suggestion in his new thread to look in this thread.

Well it looks like from the other thread that my suggestion wasn't the answer. I would guess that it is his original DJI login password that he has issues with. From reading other threads on the subject that may be a problem and can't be retrieved by DJI.

DJI suggested cancelling the original login with them and starting over.........but by doing this, all original flight data is lost in the process.

Not the best solution, but he will be able to fly again.

Well if you made a suggestion in another thread, he must have started MORE than 1 more, because I just checked the one that I was referring to and mine is the only reply to him, telling him to refer back to this thread for help.

It was post # 2 in this thread. Either way, I don't see that he responded. Maybe he got it worked out.

Question about the app - is there a way to turn off the opening screen photo? It has a 'skip' button in the corner but my OCD/ADD/**** retentiveness and a few other possible maladies just wants to turn it off is possible.

Hey look - a squirrel!

You may get better help if you start your own thread with this question since your question is not related to the original post.
