If it's a standard Phantom 2 (non vision) no it does not. To be able to use it autonomously IE: sending on missions via waypoints you need to purchase the Groundstation hardware. Then using blue tooth you can program missions on an Ipad or PC laptop.

Apologies. Got my wires crossed. I once owned 2 variants, the P2VP and P2 H33D.
Now I have a hybrid Vision Plus with H33D (not the DE method) which uses the DJI app+GS.
I should have stated that the DJI app is limited.
Just to be clear: there are two different "Groundstations".
The Visions can use the DJI App with Groundstation, which offers some of the capabilities of the "full" Groundstation App that works only with the Groundstation hardware.
