I had a slight mishap with my Phantom 1. Now the green,red, yellow light does not work. The copter still powers up but I haven't flown it because the light isn't working. Any thoughts?

The little board the LED is mounted on inside the Phantom may have gotten damaged, or the wires may have broken off, or came unplugged from where they connect to the NAZA. You would need to open up the Phantom and inspect that to know for sure.
