Payload mechanisms

Has anybody had any experience with payload mechanisms? I have seen some going for about $160usd that are activated by the front LEDs... Would like to know if they are worth it there is also one that's a maze you go side to side Nd it drops the line.

Mostly just running out lines for fishing so the payload won't be more than 200 grams or so

Max holding weight I'd about 1 kg

The Gimbal-Guard company that makes the one that's activated by front LEDs isn't compatible with P4.

I believe they make one for the p4 as well. However I wanted know what peoples experience with them are..
