Painting the OEM Styrofoam Case

I’m sure most of us have seen the YouTube video of the guy spray painting his case.
Has anyone seen the results ?
I bought the paint but have been hesitant to try it for fear it will destroy it.
I don’t think he’s posted anything about how it turned out to my knowledge.
I have found a replacement for $20 should anything go wrong.
Has anyone else tried this ?

There is a possibility that the paint may dissolve the Styrofoam.
I would test it on the filler piece that goes on top of the batteries first.
