I have a p4p and also a p3p. I installed the HDMI module on the p3p controler. If I remove it from the p3p controler, will it work on the p4p controler or can I somehow use the p3p controler with the p4p ?

Yes.

No. The P3P remote controller is not compatible with the P4P.
