How many flights can you get out of a p4p battery before it should be replaced and does how old the battery is make a difference?

With proper maintenance, you may be able to get around 200 charge cycles, roughly. Age does not matter as long as the cell capacity's are still viable for use. You can view those in the app, or even better, keep copies of your flight log files and you can follow the discharge rates and cell values.
