P4 pro v.2 filming

This is a 2 part question, first how do I set up filming a point of interest and setting up perimeters? And 2nd what is the best way to retrieve from camera.

Plenty of videos on the subject of POI (see link). After shooting, pull out the micro SD card, stick it in an adapter and transfer to your computer. Good to go!
