To help figure why some are successful with the update and some not why don't everyone who has updated tell good or bad and what they using for a phone or tablet to update with . Could be an android vs apple problem , I dunno , curious ?!

I installed the Phantom firmware with the DJI GO Assistant and then updated the remote controller from DJI GO. All worked just fine for me.
