Hey,

Just received my DJI Goggles.

Been using them with my Phantom 4 but I just can't get the 1080p live-feed to work. No matter what I do I can't get the live feed above 720p at 30 fps only.

Anyone with the DJI Goggles that has gotten better results?

Thanks.

P4 generates only 720p live feed. Goggles will not upscale 720p to 1080p.

If you are doubting your goggles, try with external hdmi 1080p source.

Are you referring to the hdmi port you add to the controller ? For some reason I was thinking that was limited to 720 also as the drone only sends video via 720...

Right with P4 these google can use HDMI cable therefore optional HDMI module, and regarding res alokbhargava is right. Or native USB output but then no more phone/tablet at same time.

Goggles can use USB port or hdmi port if available on RC. You will be able to control P4 better through goggles if you use USB port. If you connect on hdmi port, you will have only display on goggles and no controls of P4 through goggles.

In any case display resolution will be limited to 720p

P4 is a bit outdated for these Googles with 720 vs Mavic who support 1080. Googles handling upscaling would be great for non Mavic owners.
Here we go (not my video):
