P3S manual start issue

hey guys im having a bit of an issue with my phantom 3 standard. every time i go to start the motors to fly manually they do not start. phantom is out of beginner mode i have plenty of satellites and good gps signal. has any one else had this issue and does any one have advice on how to possibly fix the issue?

Yes, try the remote calibration.

I bought the Phantom on black Friday. I did try the remote controller calibration and that did not help the issue

When you try to start the motors, what message do you see displayed at the top, left of DJI GO?

I didn't not I did on the other hand try the calibration on last time and it did fix my issue.
