P3S Damage Tree Crash

Hello,
Crashed P3S into tree while starting POI circle.

Attached video shows P3S:

• Stuck in tree
• Photos of tree and view of P3S in tree
• Photo of Cracked Gimbal mounting plate
• Photo of damaged Gimbal ribbon cable

After crash turned on video and recorded in an effort to try and find P3S. Next activated props to try and locate. Was able to determine the tree it was in doing this. Still could not
find it in the tree. When home to get binoculars and finally found it. Estimated it was 65' up and figured there was slim chance of retrieving. Came back 3 days later and it had fallen all the way down to underbrush in 1 piece (a credit to the durability of P3S).
As photos at the end of video show damage is to Gimbal mounting plate and ribbon cable. P3S is otherwise operational.

Considering to do repairs myself or send to Drone Nerds. I have not done any work on a drone before. I purchased in June of this year. Looking for advice on repair myself or send out for repair. Please advise as to any experience you have dealing with Drone Nerds.
