P3P RC red light

Not used P3P for while AC OK but RC has constant red light and warning bleep, is there a fix can be done before sending for repair. Thanks.

PS, I have done the C1 C2 process and red light changes to cyan but I need to upload firmware but nothing happens. Tried both card reader in RC and link from aircraft to RC but no joy! Thanks

Say what?? Neither of those are the proper way to update firmware.

Many thanks for replying FlyDawg, slight confusion, my fault! I did follow the process as per DJI video, I have successfully updated firmware on previous occasions. I installed firmware on Aircraft OK but RC would not accept either SD direct (with card reader) or cabled from aircraft because of constant red light flashing and bleeping. My question was 'does anyone have a solution to overcome the red light on the RC', which was stopping the firmware downloading.
Pressing the C1,C2, record button and the exposure wheel and turning the RC off and on which I had read on another thread on this forum. I suspect the RC will need repairing. Many thanks. Joe
