Does someone here have experience with both the Lightbridge link on the P3A and something like a 250mw 5.8ghz IRC video link?
I'm curious how they compare in terms of maintaining the signal over distance and at penetrating objects (like trees) - also curious about latency. Is the video feed fast enough to fly by? (with an observer, obviously)
I'm not really looking for mile long range, but I would like to be able to circle a clump of trees, or run a homemade race course like a race quad would do. I realize it would be much slower than a race quad, but that's fine - I'm not as interested in high speed fpv runs, just casual stuff.
