P3 Battery refuses to turn on

Unfortunately does not respond. It has remained plugged to the charger for quite a while and nothing changed

Battery won't respond if it has charge of 95% or above. You need to try to switch on when connected to charger.

If nothing happens, it means internal switch has gone bad permanently.

I know the serial of the battery, it is in a label stuck at the bottom of the battery. I just don't know if it was bundled with the craft or purchased separately.

I doubt anyone else does either.

Did you get the batteries at the same time? How about loading one of your 1st flights in to HD and cross check the serial number to the one you know is not functioning? The txt files exist.

Returned mine to DJI in Netherlands and new one arrived today free of charge. Thanks DJI. No explanation but a replacement brand new battery

Did you have to pay for the shipping? They have received mine today and they quoted 110 eur because they didn't find the invoice (already re-sent)
