Hi can anyone help after a firmware upgrade the p3 advanced gimbal board status led is off no green or red lights anymore and the sd card is not even recognised it and no telemetry or video feed from camera and on the go app the messages aircrsft need update , camera need update appears . The gimbal result disconnect on the app so cant carry out updates .
Thanks
Is there any solutions .

Cant format the sd card the board does not recognise to be an sd card in . The app say gimbal disconnect , gimbal led status no lights .

You must know something that i dont know .
How can you update the phantom 3 advanced firmware through the app ?? Without the need of an sd card ?? Think yiu are confusing yourself with p4 and above on the dji go 4 app . The p3 advanced still uses dji go only and tge only think you can upgrade is the controller the firmware for the aircraft must be done through the gimbal sd card .
Also i know you can format the sd card on a pc but if tge gimbal board does not recognised it what use is that ??
I know is the gimbal board Ambarella chip that is not getting power or something hence why the led status is not on , just want to know if anyone had any joy repairing this side of the board .
Tganks

I used to have a P3P. It used to be that you use a micro SD card but then it was changed to the app I believe. If I remember correctly, the last update I did on my P3P I had was through the app. I didn't have a P4 back then.

Maybe someone else one here can charm in and correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that is how it's done now. @msinger, @Meta4? Anyone else?

Yes walk through the update with tge sd card . Anyone got a schematic for the gimbal board ?? All i am looking for is to get power to the da vinci and the ambarella chip a component must have gone but i aint sure wich one . Please only reply if you know what i am talking about .

I am trying to be nice . Please only answer if you know what you talking about . You cant . Cant cant update the aircraft firmware from the dji go app this is a p3 advanced . Dji go 4 app only allows this for p4 and above .
The only firmware you can upgrade from the dji go app is the controller . I will not repeat myself again . There is not point in saying things on forum if you dont have prove or knowledge of what you talking about . It just confuses people .

Well if you know show me one place where it says you can upgrade aircraft firmware p3 advanced) from the app . A simple sorry i was talking crap would have been better .

The only drone that the dji go app was ever able to update firmware was the p3 standard and the p3 4k through wifi . The p3 advanced and the pro do not have this facility .

Like I said, I was talking to DJI and they said it can be done either with an SD card or via the app. Yes, for P3's with the GO app, not just the GO 4 app. Like I said, I owned a P3 before my P4 and I used the app to update. I tried to help, but you won't take it. You asked for help, and you won't accept it. I'm out. Any others who feel like helping for no reason can, not trying to be rude, just being honest.

If you read my post i am talking about a p3 advanced not a s for standard . I know you can upgrade a standard version through wifi on dji go app but not an advanced or a professional version .
