That firmware works fine for most.
Have you tried as discussed resetting your bird to factory default and re-flashing it?
Have you checked your cable?
Have you tried re-pairing your bird and remote?
Just trying to help here, but you seem very confused....

make sure the usb cable is connected to the remote and your device and remote powered up.how did you down grade?
Factory reset is available in DJI Assistant 2 App when the bird is connected to it and on, I don't remember where exactly but quite easy to find.Ok Dinerve this is what i have done.
