Per DJI's comparison here, the range is equal. The P4P's dual band might come in handy depending on where you fly though.

Both are very good.
But the two drones you mention have other features that are more important if trying to choose between them.
With the larger sensor camera, the P4 pro is the stand out choice if you are most interested in image quality.
With a compact folding body, the Mavic is the top choice if you need easy portability for travel.
