Obstacle avoidance

What exactly doesn't seem to be working? Please be as detailed as possible.

Are you flying in P mode? Are the front sensors enabled?

Did you try calibrating the sensors?

Forward OA uses visual light cameras. In other words you need a minimum amount of light. If there's not enough light for the cameras to see, the OA will not work. In which case you should get a warning on your monitor that says essentially "forward obstacle avoidance blocked or not working". Also, certain third-party applications will override that feature as well.

Are you seeing the object avoidance warning bars on the screen? They are located at the top of the screen and are curved. See image below. (It's an older version of DJI Go, but the bars are the same on all versions).

Plus, in the DJI-Go there's an icon on the top status bar of the screen. It's a ball with some curved 'waves' radiating to the right. If this icon is white, then your object avoidance is on. If it's red then OA is off.
