Not a good start

Phantom 3 arrived today and on unboxing noticed no phone/I pad holder just bare controller.
Phoned dealer and he is going to send me his to get me going. Very good of him as not his fault.

I would have thought not a good start would be a drone malfunction. this seems to be factory packaging
