No Video/images on lenovo Tab3 7

My Phantom 4 has suddenly stopped transmitting images to my Lenovo TAB3 7. I have tried different leads and checked settings with no success. I have connected to my iphone 7 and everything works perfectly. I hadn't used my phantom for about 6 months and the firmware was updated. I am not sure whether the problem is linked to the firmware update or something else Images are not transmitted on Litchi either. Any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks

Are the images on your sd card? I'm assuming the P4 and P4P (what I have) are identical in that both have sd card slots. I always remove the sd card and download my images/video to my computer directly from the sd card. Hope this makes sense.
