No still photos cached only videos

I am already connected to my aircraft. I can only see videos but no photos. What should I do? The photos that I took were in JPEG format.

I am already connected to my aircraft. I can only see videos but no photos. What should I do? The photos that I took were in JPEG format.

Your photos are on the SD card that's in the gimbal (or the lower shell if you have a P4).
Remove the SD card, put it in an adapter and copy to your computer.
You'll find the images in the 100 media directory inside the DCIM directory like this:
