No Ascend or Decend after take off

Hey everyone, had a bit of a problem today, was doing a test flight and everything was good prior to flight after startup and take of I had no control of the up or down functions on the controller, tried rebooting all item and tried again still same problem any ideas. Thanks

The usual advice: plug your Phantom in to a computer and run the Assistant software.
Then check and make sure the throttle on screen moves as you move the throttle stick.

If ya had this issue after you took off..... how did ya get it back down ?

After take off I felt something wasn't right, it was only about 8 ft. high it dropped down and I grabbed it.
