Hi everyone,
I got a new Phantom 3 a couple of days ago and am itching to fly it in the South Bay. I thought about a cheaper beginner drone, but then decided the offer at Frys was too good to pass up. I am a private pilot, so I am familiar with FAA rules and regs, but this is a new and interesting challenge to me.
Now to find interesting places in the Bay Area that are not in the vicinity of the various airfields. Anyone have advice on where to go for first flight tomorrow?
Finally, to the forum mods: Thank you for building and maintaining this great forum, but for security it would be nice if HTTPS could be enabled.
