New Phantom 4 Pro Help

i just received my P4P tonite and completed one flight before dark. Awesome craft ! However I connected it to my mini iPad 2 and it shows not connected. So I then connected it to my iPhone 7 plus and it worked perfectly. I was really hoping to use the iPad. Ant ideas ?

Of course make sure the iPad is the latest OS, Then I'd remove the DJI GO app, shut down the iPad, restart and reinstall. If that doesn't work try changing the order you turn on the iPad/controller. Good luck!

I tried it and it didn't work. It's a new iPad also.

Tried 3 different cords, still won't work.....sigh......

Wow I don't know what you can do if you reinstalled everything. I'd try reinstalling the app if that doesn't work I don't know. Sorry
