New phantom 3 4K owner

Just purchased a p34k refurbished from DJI and the remote won’t charge past 2 lights. Any suggestions ?
How long does the remote battery usually last before needing charging ?

I normally go through 12 batteries or so

A while. I'll see your 12 and raise you 2 or 3. You'll usually wont have to worry about it on a couple shoots if it charges fully

Sometimes opening remote and unplugging batt and then reconect it can help reset itself,or contact them straight away for another,there is a controller reset procedure ,might work also,
