Hi guys, im a new member with a question about the DJI GO app , I deleted the app because I downloaded the LITCHI app, (so there was absolutely no conflict) , After doing more research , I found out you can have both app's on the phone , So I downloaded the DJI GO app and it wont let me sign in, I know my email and password are correct FOR SURE , says it's not a valid email address , any ideas ??

Have you tried signing in on the DJI website? (DJI Login) Are you SURE you had a DJI Account before? If you bought your Phantom new you would have needed to create one to activate it with DJI, but if you bought it used you wouldn't have had to. Do you have any other emails you could have used? If not and login says "email is not valid" or something of that same thing on the DJI website (DJI Login) then try signing up with that email, it won't let you sign up if you already have an account with that email, therefor, if it lets you log in with that email, then you didn't have an account in the first place.
