When I charge my phantom battery and when finished i plug my voltage meter on it is showing 14.02 volts. While my phantom fly's very well should this be on a new fully charged battery???????

The charger should only be charging to about 12.56v to 12.62v if its a 3 cell lipo
14.02 volts is way over charged. are you sure your meter is reading the voltage accurately ? does it show 14.02 volts if you plug in to the naza assistant with the battery in the fc40?
Id imagin it would fly like mad for a bit and some more time then it should with a battery being that much over charged BUT it will destroy your battery's pretty fast.
