Picked up my first dgi Friday. A P3S. I've taken it out twice for a few minutes each. To be honest this thing makes me nervous. I feel like reading all these threads about fly off and crashes scare me! Will that feeling go away with practice? I'm not a big technology savvy person. I bought a drone because I've seen them and I'm curious.

I'd suggest you do a good calibration on the IMU and compass, following DJI guidance exactly, and follow the take-off procedure (home point, satellites etc) don't take this step lightly or half heartedly. Most of the issues are (I feel) down to compass calibrations done on concrete slabs (rebar) and beside metal structures. Then fly without anxiety, it's a **** good easy to fly machine, you'll realise this after a while, it'll not let you down..
