The phantom was drifting a bit even on light wind. One battery caused the yellow/red warning lights blinking. Other batteries worked fine, so..... Did the Compass calibration and after that it was flying better than before... Perhaps it is a good practise to do all the calbrations after any update and also as regular maintenance.
