New (DJI P4 refurbished) received Today ..won't connect

Charged all batteries to full, including my iPad......spent hours trying to connect to remote. Finally have green light on remote when I turn the P4 on, but DJI go 4 still shows not connected.
Can someone please help me.

Never got any warnings for updates

Did u see the red light on side of ac near the sd card slot?
If it's red ur disconnected and in that case take something small and insert it into the hole the red lite is coming from and push in the reset button.
Hold it a sec and see if that connects ur rc to ac.
Btw, make sure ur rc is on during this and once connected u should have green lights

No I didn't . I have since discovered that I may have a gimbal ribbon problem, and am wondering if that's the problem

Have u tried to recalibrate your gimbal.
In ur menu under the camera icon is and option to
Recalibrate ur gimbal.

Yes I have.......thanks but that didn't fix it.
I still have no picture, can't connect to my P4.
