New Controller Won't Bind

I have had the P4P for about 6 weeks with 4 of them being spent in a support cycle. My original controller (I bought the one without display) had an issue with the camera tilt sticking sometimes. I sent it in and DJI just sent me the replacement. I've read everything about binding, watched videos, etc but mine simply won't bind. I'm starting to wonder if they shipped me a controller for a different model?

Can anyone confirm that the GL300C is the right controller for the P4P?

No it's not GL300C is the P4 RC

It should be
GL300E: Plus
GL300F: Standard RC

Thanks for the response. I didn't bother to check the original model number before I shipped it in. That probably explains why this thing won't bind.
