My iPhone 4S won't stop recording

Every time I stop my video recording on my iPhone and turn off everything else off and restart the PV it comes back up with the video icon flashing like its stuck in record mode ..don't understand. Please help

there is a setting in the app that controls what happen when contention to the pv2 is broken, have a look at this setting and it may be set to "start recording" when connection breaks

If this is not the case i would need to know more about what is happening
