Intersting.
Folks here wondered who this is.....M. Singer!!! Hmmm. Coincidence. 'Our' M Singer has denied its him.

The town of Palm Beach, home to T r u m p's Mar-a-Lago resort/club, has a similar restriction. Town (island) wide.
This is now further complicated by the 30 mile NFZ when he is there.
This NFZ will also shut down some GA fields such as LNA and is being reviewed for the side effects to all kinds of aviation in the area.

The current problem they have, is it has already been ruled that the airspace is not owned by residents or local/state municipalities...translation...they have no jurisdiction.

If they would have made it 100 feet or below I'd think there might me a reasonable case of invasion of privacy.... but at 400 feet?.... when you are supposed to stay below 400 feet does not make any sense at all, and yes, would effectively ban drone use - bogus!

In nz we can't fly over anything without the owner's permission. Can't fly over people without their individual permissions. Makes it kinda tricky..
