Reading a lot of threads on this, but none answer my question.

Can I fly 3 batteries in succession without damage to the bird? I think heat is a big contributor to electronic failures, and I just don't want to damage my girl!

How many have you used in succession or had any issues doing so? What's the limit?

I've run 3 in a row many times without any issue.

I always make sure they cool down before charging though.

The exception might be if flying in high ambient temperatures but even then you probably wouldn't have an issue. I regularily fly 4 packs In a row and the motors feel no warmer after the fourth than first flight.

I regularly fly all five of my batteries when I head out. I do give the quad about two minutes to cool down (inside the battery bay) but then it's right back out.

For the longest time I just pulled the old battery, stuck the new one in and went back to flying but now that summer is here in Florida, I give the battery bay that little bit of cooling time,

Never a problem that I'm aware of.
