Mobile Device Mount - doesn't latch

Anyone ever have issues with the mobile device mount not latching? I got my P3A for Christmas, haven't flown it yet. I clamped my iPhone 6 in it a couple of times, but now the clamp doesn't latch, it just keeps extending.

I've searched the forums and it appears that this is not a typical issue.

I've sent a note off to DJI, but haven't heard back yet. I'm sure this is warranty issue.

If you're in the US, PM me your mailing address and I'll send you one that I removed from one of my RCs. I always replace mine with the Inspire 1 tablet mount since it's more stable.

Thanks for the offer, I'm in Canada though. I may go ahead with the inspire mount myself if dealing with DJI turns out to be a hassle.
