Low Light Settings with a Hero 3

Gents,

What have you chaps found to be the best for using the Go-Pro at night or in Low light settings? I found a video on You tube that set Pro tune to on with WB 5500 but it stills looks incredibly grainy. I'm trying to capture stills and HD video at night with a lit subject. Any advice would be most welcome.

My ultimate GoPro fix with low light was to use a Contour camera. Gopro just can't handle it
