good low light/night settings for video

Hey guys I am new here and also new to the phantom 4. I was just wondering if anyone has some good tips on shooting in low light and what settings you use. I have been getting a lot of noise in the video when I shoot low light granted I only tried last night.

From what I understand after iso 800 the picture will have noise that your probably seeing.
What camera settings are you using?
