Shortly after takeoff I get a message that the low altitude sensor is malfunction. Where do I start to fix that?

Hello. What drone do you have and what is the exact message that is displayed?

I have a Phantom 4. This seems to be an inconsistent issue with two different but similar messages. The one I got the morning was: "Downward sensor error. Aircraft unstable at low altitude. Please fly with caution and land immediately. Sometimes I get the message Like "Low altitude sensor malfunction...."

As long as you have sufficient light, you should not be getting any downward sensor errors. If the error is "Low altitude sensor malfunction" then perhaps you do truly have a hardware issue. Have you checked the sensors to make sure there is no dirt or foreign objects covering them?

Thanks for your response. the sensors look clean and I cleaned the again.

OK great. Did you go through the sensor calibration procedure in DJI Assistant? If the sensors or circuitry are faulty then the calibration should give you errors.
