I have the occasional loss of video that many others also report. P3P on a air2 and mini4 with all on the latest versions. Have tried all the recommended "fixes" without any real improvement. Has it ever been determined what is the cause of this very frustrating glitch? For those that have sent things back to DJI for a fix, has the problem been fixed and what did they do?

An occasional loss of video may be a loss or interference of the signal-- check the signal strengths in the app before flying and see how much interference is going on. There are many areas that have loads of signal interference that will cause video issues. Have you done the 32 channel hack to increase the channels available.?
