Lost Mapbox

My Pro+ controller used to display a map with a compass, street names, etc. but this has somehow disappeared. Can anyone tell me how to restore this map feature. I am a relatively new pilot and sure need this tool back. Thanks

Do you have a RADAR type display instead? if so you can switch between the 2
