Looking for a Throttle ratchet strip.

Hey guys does anybody want to sell me this part. I believe it is called a ratchet strip, it enables the stick to remain in any position. I think they came stock on the phantoms, I need to put one on the DJI ronin m controller. Here is a link to what they look like:

they just lock in full throttle down not any position
