Little flight times

Children because I have a little flight time with phantom 4 pro?
I only fly 15-16 minutes. The batteries are low-charged. They have not worked a lot. Do I need to adjust something? I do not know I am uncooperative. Do they want calibration? Thank you.

Top flight time is 30 mins. This is basically at a hover and landing at 10% or so. I'd say that 16-20 mins would not be unusual.
